About Us

999 Medical Outpatient and Diagnostic Centre allows patients to access “one-stop shop” medical services via a unique partnership of local clinicians working alongside specialist providers of medical support services.

The centre is constantly increasing the wide range of services we offer, from a cardiology department and Well Woman Centre to the very best psychiatric care. Its continuing success is based on the extensive medical care available, where patients are looked after every step of the way; from the initial diagnosis, throughout the treatment and on to a full aftercare service.

Complaints/Significant Events/Suggestions

The Centre always aims to provide patients with the very best in quality and care.  If patients have any complaints, suggestions or concerns about the services provided, he or she should speak to a member of staff who will direct them to either the PM, administrator or secretary of the specialist in order to further evaluate and deal with this in either a formal or informal matter according to the centre’s complaints policy.   Patients should inform staff as soon as they can so that most issues can be dealt with quickly and informally.

If patients are not happy with how they have been dealt with, they are then given the opportunity to make a formal complaint in writing so that it can be investigated further.  All complaints will be recorded and investigated.   The centre will acknowledge the complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within 20 days.

Significant events are discussed at the Monthly Management Meetings, recorded, investigated, actioned and minutes.
